Maria was born in Punta Arenas and knows the trails of Torres del Paine like the back of her hand. A polyglot, she loves sharing her passion for botany and recounting local legends. “Every tree, every stone has a story,” she says.

Originally from Ushuaia, Esteban has been accompanying our cruises for over 10 years. An expert navigator, he loves surprising travelers by spotting dolphins or penguins in the distance. “Seeing the wonder in travelers’ eyes is my greatest reward,” he says.
